Our brand new cladding!
From March to April 2022, the hall was given a complete facelift with exterior cladding, supplied and fitted by Timberventure of Newton Abbot. This not only improves the appearance of the hall but will help with insulation during the colder months. Along with the solar panels and batteries, we hope that, going forward, our carbon footprint will be much reduced. We are very grateful to the National Lottery Community Fund, the Bernard Sunley Foundation and the Norman Family Charitable Trust for their generous contributions to our funds to carry out the work.

Solar panels were installed on the roof of the Community Hall at the end of June 2020. This project was enabled by the receipt of a grant of £8,895 from the People's Postcode Lottery

CHARDSTOCK COMMUNITY HALL
Chardstock Community Hall is a versatile venue located in an area of outstanding natural beauty
in The Blackdown Hills, Devon.
It can easily accommodate up to 150 seated in the main hall with additional seating in the
committee room.
An ideal venue for private parties, fundraisers, indoor sports, drama/music productions
or wedding receptions.
Parking for up to 60 vehicles. Disabled access and toilets. Floorplan below.

A Wedding Package is available and includes full use of all the facilities.

PRODUCTIONS
The hall benefits from a large stage with changing rooms and toilets. A comprehensive stage lighting system may be available for separate hire.
CLUBS & SOCIETIES
The hall is available to hire for a range of events, including indoor sports, Tea Dances, Dog Training, Table Tennis, Community Dining, Garden Club, Charity Quiz nights, and Carpet Bowls to name but
a few!
